The 2010 season was by far the most successful in the Club’s history. Mumbles secured its fifth title by winning the SWCA Cup, beating Baglan by 7 wickets at Gowerton CC.
The MCC 1st XI had already won the SWCA First Division Championship – unbeaten in the League – the MCC ‘A’ XI won the First Division of the West Wales Cricket Association and the MCC U-14s won both the Knockout Cup and their Zonal, League title.
Mumbles Captain Morgan Hodges with the Dan Radcliffe Cup as the SWCA First Division League champions.
A truly memorable season. Well done to all the Mumbles Cricket Mini, Junior and Senior players and their coaches.
And a final, heartfelt “Thank you” to all our coaches, ground staff, assorted scorers, supporters, sponsors and advertisers, and especially to Jen & Di for their splendid teas. See you all in the South Wales Premier League in 2011.
